After talking, we do a lot of analysis to work out a solution that is going to work for your brand, engage with your customers and tie in with your web marketing strategy. For us, design and functionality are inseparable. They both need to be logical and work effortlessly.
CREATE
Before we build anything, we present full visuals supported by a detailed functional spec. This highlights how functionality is handled both visually and technically. The spec also works as a discussion document, to help a client know exactly what is, and equally important, what’s isn‘t going to be delivered.
BUILD
Only after functional spec sign off do we start the build phase. All work is done on our staging server, with clients given access to see how the build is progressing. Each project is thoroughly tested. Clients are also invited to carry out independent testing which is recorded and resolved via an error log.
